Items will be shipped via Australia Post within three to five business days. The shipping of the product may take longer than five days due to any unusual circumstances. This may take 2-3 more business days.

• Free domestic standard shipping is included with all Brannan orders over $150.00.
• Shipping rate is $9.50 and express's is $12.50.

2.4: Refund Policy

Any Brannan items purchased in stores must be returned to the original store of purchase and refunds or exchanges cannot be processed through the website. We offer returns for a change-of-mind full-price item. The refunds are only catered if it is requested within 30 days of the purchase.

The refund may include:

• Monetary compensation
• Complementary items
• Replacement with a new piece

Only items purchased through the Brannan website can be returned to the Brannan website. If you have purchased items through another store please contact them for their returns policy.

2.4.1: How To Refund

Customers are eligible for a refund by matching the following criteria:

• Late request for a refund.
