Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Free domestic standard shipping is included with all Brannan orders over $150.00.
Items will be shipped via Australia Post within three to five business days. You will receive confirmation email with tracking number.
International orders will incur an additional shipping fee of the Australia Post rate to your chosen address. Please contact us if you have any issues.
You should receive your items in a timely manner however due to our shipping facility being in a rural location please have patience as sometimes it takes a little longer.
Please recycle all our shipping materials as we all need to work together in caring for our beautiful earth.
Returns
If you wish to return a bag you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us admin@brannanworld.com if you wish to return your item.
Brannan does not cover the cost of postage of the item you wish to return.
Items returned must comply with the following;
-Still be in their original packaging,
-Items have not been used,
-Items still have original tags
If an item is faulty please email us at admin@brannanworld.com and we will address your concern.
Only items purchased through the Brannan website can be returned to the Brannan website. If you have purchased items through another store please contact them for their returns policy.
